June Drizzle no damper on activities

In spite of nearly daily rain,  we are doing yard work around our new manufactured home.   The soil is stony clay so lots of compost must be worked into the bed before planting anything.

We are getting a few birds to come to our feeders.   After nearly a month, changing the liquid periodically, we saw the first hummingbird at that feeder.

I enjoyed marching in the rainy Gig Harbor Parade, Democratic Party causes like health care for all.   My new wife,  Patti, decided to enjoy the comforts of our dry home on Saturday.   This Sunday, we will be full members of the Gig Harbor United Methodist Church.

Having lost my wife of 46 years, lost father-in-law's California home in reverse mortgage,  I'm beginning a new life with a new wife in the state of Washington.
